Who We Are

Field Day was created by two sisters who wanted to bring back a feeling we all remember—running around without a care, laughing with friends, and feeling young again. What started as a simple idea quickly became something bigger: a space for adults to unplug, play, and reconnect through friendly competition.

At its core, Field Day is about community. It’s about showing up as you are, joining a team, and sharing moments that feel effortless and fun—just like they did back in school. No pressure, no expectations, just games, laughter, and memories worth keeping.

While Field Day is our foundation, it’s only the beginning. We’re building experiences that bring people together, and this is the event that started it all.

Hi, I’m Daniya, one of the planners bringing this Field Day to life. I foucus on the big picture, making sure every part of the event flows well, feels intentional, and keeps the energy high. I’m hands on, organized, and quick to adapt, whether that means coordinating teams, managing timelines, or making on-the-spot decisions to keep things running smoothly. I believe great events come from strong communication, teamwork, and planners who truly care about the experience of everyone involved. Together, we make sure your event isn’t just planned well, but felt, enjoyed, and remembered.

Jaliya Beard

Hi, I’m Jaliya, one of the planners behind the scenes making sure this Field Day is organized, exciting, and actually enjoyable. I believe events should feel fun and effortless, not chaotic or thrown together. I’m big on details, clear communication, and mkaing sure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of. Whether it’s coordinating activities, keeping things running smoothly, or pivoting when plans need a little creativity, I’m the person who handles it so you don’t have to stress.
